Crash's Dirtiest Shot (Poll)

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Sat Mar 13, 2010 8:20 pm

Which was the worst and why?

Not talking about the outcome of the shot (that would be the Bynum one - I mean, a collapsed lung?!?!?!), but which was the dirtiest considering the play that it happened in, the position of the two players, the intent of the player causing the "foul"

Granger.

Not that it was intentional, but getting Shaq's elbow in his mouth couldn't have tasted good.

I actually think it was the Davis shove.

With Bynum he was in the lane and Crash was coming at him. It was sloppy as hell, but I can understand how it can happen.

The Davis shove was malicious, from behind and really dangerous.

He was out and out beat and not even contesting the shot - plus we were up by a heap. It's not like it was the last play of the game and the scores were tied.

BD did not intentionally try to hurt him, Granger and Bynum did. So Granger #1, Bynum #2, BD #3. I don't even think I remember the Foster one.

At least Bynum was protecting the rim and Granger tried to block the shot. Davis didn't even make a play on the ball and was just steamed because Crash had just picked his pocket to create the fast break.

The Foster one was when Foster sat on Crash's back and separated his shoulder - which resulted in Crash wearing those shoulder pad things that made him look like he was Riff Raff in the final scenes of Rocky Horror Picture Show!

I picked Andruw's Bionic Elbow. I remember watching that game, and when that happened I just wanted to punch the first person I saw.
