I know Jordan said he won't be going over the cap but with 4 teams in the East going from lotto to star studded I think he will change his mind. So assuming he resigns Tyrus-Felton-Hughes are any of you guys still mad at the front office mistakes?
I have been the most critical of all I think with the Morrison draft and worse the Lopez draft.
I think the FO has totally made up for it though wih past moves.
We ended up with Tyrus Thomas who was out of that year anyway.
Adam Morrison was turned into Radman who was turned into Jackson.
They gave Mek a stupid contract and made up for that sort of by trading it for Chandler.
Bad Moves
1.GIving Mek a huge deal
2.Drafting May
3.Drafting Morrison
4.Drafting D.J. over Lopez
5.Trading for Diop-Worst non draft move
6.Trading for Alexa
Good Moves
1.Gerald Wallace in expansion draft
2.Brandon Wright for JRich
3.JRich and Dudley for Diaw and Bell
4.Morrison and Brown for Radman
5.Radman for Jackson
6.Signing Flip Murray
7.Trading Flip for Tyrus Thomas
8.Trading for Theo
9.Signing Larry Hughes
10.Picking Derrick Brown
I am gonna hold off on Gerald Henderson because there were much better picks but they were steals nobody saw coming like Thorton-Collison-Lawson-Gibson
Also Raymond Felton was not the best player there at 5 but it wasnt' a bad pick.
Am I missing anything?

Lebron
Kobe
Durant
Wade
Melo
Evans
Wallace
Roy
Granger
Pierce
Is this about right or am I overrating him?

I think Wallace is better than Evans right now, but Roy is definitely better than Wallace. That would still leave him 7th, which sounds right to me, at least for this season.
Humble yourself.

Re: Have Bobcats redeemed themselves draft wise?
I would have to say even now Evans is better. He is just so good. He can carry a team on his back. If he had a supporting cast and got veteran calls he would be even better. I see him being as good as Wade easy if not better.
I think he can surpass Wade and Kobe inside of 3 years.
Remember when it was draft time last year and I kept saying why is he not #1 what are his faults, what am I missing? Apperently it wasn't me who was missing something it was everybody else. Even if Blake was healthy he wouldn't be as good.
As for Roy it is arguable he can be put as better but Wallace is a better defender and is a 1 man fastbreak. He does so many things that it makes me think he is better then Roy. Roy is more of a traditional go to guy scorer, type allstar but with everything Wallace does and the effect he has I would say Wallace. I wouldn't trade Wallace for Roy, would you?

Wallace is awesome and all, but I would trade him for anybody on that list except Pierce and Granger.

I wouldn't take Jackson third in the Morrison draft but I wouldn't of been upset about it either. I would however of taken Ty and jackson which they have gotten threw the deal.
I really want Felton to resgin but if they can get another decent above average backup pg and D.J. reaches his potential which is 16 and 7 imo I can totally live with that to.
I don't think the Diaw trade was as great as people think but it was good and getting in just 1 year
Theo-Tyson-Ty-Hughes-Henderson-Brown-Jackson
That is amazing. That should make Rod Higgins the gm of the year.
It's true Rod can't draft but he is still my favorite pick for gm. Maybe when LB leaves in 2011 or 2012 we can hire Isiah Thomas to be our drafting scout.
