There are things that aren't working proerply, but overall I'm OK with the change.

Freaked me out a bit, I forgot the switch was happening this weekend.

The text wrap function needs attention ASAP.

Hmmm... I am not sure if I like the new design. However, I will get used to it.
BTW, what's up with these Sam Cassell-like emoticons?

It hurts my eyes to read posts on the new layout and its a lot more difficult for me to separate posts from other users. Clean and simple is always best which is why Apple is so successful.

I agree, there is too much information given now for a board that is so narrow. Although I think once they work out the forum skin kinks (like the quote and coloring issues) then it will look better.

I don't know what was posted already in this thread, because I can't tell a quote from what someone is actually posting and it is annoying me, but this new design is really really terrible.

Whats with that useless grey bar at the right side of the site? It just strains the eye due to its darkness, and is used for what? Filling empty space?

It's being used for ad space. You don't see it if you're using adblock (which I assume you are?).

It's nice I guess, people will get used to it. Just fix the quoting issue.

I'm just glad the search function is still broken, kinda keeping it old school there i see.

One word: slowwwwwwwwwww

I also, as everyone else, don't like the lack of quick reply and quote issues.

If you read the forum bugs thread, the quick reply issue is being fixed and I assume the quote coloring is as well. Apparently a lot of the administrators have been up 20+ hours working on this and, believe it or not, they're human and get tired.

The General Discussion main page is wayyyy cluttered. Details such as who posted a topic last and the date/time are not terribly important. All the ads and side scrolling when trying to read a thread gives it the feel of a video game forum or something.

Hmmm. of course many ppl liked the old one better.

I think this is a huge change. Will take a while. Maybe the colouring .. too much blue making it hard to notice the difference between the topics/threads. Before it was clear to see the different topics etc. It just was so plain and simple before looked a lot better and easier to read. And that's all that matters. the simplicity.

Was totally content with the previous format.. this one will take time to get used to. I wish there was a way so that some people could choose to revert back to the older version :-?

Don't really like it at all. Don't like that there's no quick reply function and the quotes are annoying and hard to see

Saying that this is still better then 99% of forums out there, so we really can't complain too much.
