Absolutely not. Tanking isn't the solution, they should aim for the play in, if they aren't a bottom 10 team, that's a successful season in my book

Curious to know how many games Y'all see live (online of course) and how you find the time to watch them all even If not Live ??? I mean I miss a tone, but to be fair I live In Syd/Aus most of the games are played live during the day when I'm work, by the time I get home I'm busy doing multiple things at once have time for 1 maybe 2 games max lol.

And yeah, Bronny is just not hitting 3s, he looks too nervous to play NBA. In practice he shoots as well as anyone on the team, it's probably a mental hurdle, it happens but he may never overcome it (see Reddish).

Bronny is an NBA player defensively, so it comes down to him sorting out himself offensively.
Still, I think it's more likely than not that he gets another contract after his 4 seasons are up, time and opportunity are on his side.

Nothing on the court so far suggests he’s an nba player defensively.

Bad news for Mavs, Klay is washed. Good news, Hardy looks improved and Grimes is awesome.

Why would they play Klay with Luka & Kyrie when they've got Quentin? Grimes will look fantastic in that role.

Pretty much. The drama over Bronny is that he's a non-NBA prospect playing in the NBA. Like he probably wouldn't get a camp invite if not for his dad. He's doing pretty much what you'd expect a mid level NCAA player to do in the NBA. He's not uncoordinated can't dribble a basketball bad but he's not a serious prospect. People (and not just Lakers fans) are really trying to force him as a rotation capable defensive prospect.

Klay has notoriously started seasons off very slow like massive slumps for like a month. I'm curious how long Dallas will ride him until he can start hitting shots.

He wouldn't even be in the consideration for a G league team if not for his dad. There are better players in the NCAA who won't even consider professional basketball as a career path, and Jeannie Buss handed him $6 million for his last name.

Wembanyama's preseason has been disappointing so far. He looked super passive against Orlando and got bullied, taking just 5 shots, as he struggled with the physicality, as highlighted on the latest Thinking Basketball podcast. In his first game, despite 15 attempts, he only made 3 or 4 shots—very concerning for a big man of his size.

His handle remains shaky, and in combination with his risky passes have led to quite a few turnovers. He also continues settling for outside shots instead of dominating inside.

While his defense might still make him a top-5 player in the NBA soon, his offense feels underwhelming, far below the GOAT-level expectations being discussed..

Basically the same issues he has at the end of last season. Where is the Sophomore jump we expected from 2nd year players?

We're talking about preseason FFS. You sound like one of those guys calling him a bust after his first summer league game. Yes, lets overreact to some meaningless exhibition games where no one besides the end of bench guys trying to make it in the NBA are giving full effort
