Who's the guy on the Heat that tore their ACL early last season? His number isn't 0.

Another past 0 is Gilbert Arenas.

This'll take much longer in basketball than other sports, but, hundreds of years from now when too many numbers have been retired and there's not enough available, what are teams gonna do? Unretire numbers? Use negative numbers or fractions or decimals or absolute numbers? Why do all sports only use 1 or 2 digit numbers? Referees use 3 digit numbers, in the NFL I think it is. Basketball, hockey, and baseball will take at least 1000 years to have this problem, but there's 53 players on an NFL roster and more on college teams, so maybe 500 years before a football team runs out of numbers. How many players on a soccer roster? 15 or 20?
