and of course there's the very public media blast from carlissimo and barkley that hasn't helped any. IF brown turns nyk down they've sunk to a new low. he's forever been the de rigueuer go-to coach when all else fails

I hope and pray Malone, Jenkins and Mike Brown all turn them down and they end up with Mark Jackson .

It's July , past Draft Day, teams are making big trades, signing free agents, mulitiple coaches passed on the Knicks, Pacers were one win a way from a championship (took heavily favored OKC to 7 games, even had a series lead early on) ...... and the Knicks still have no coach.
