Predict the 2025-26 Opening Day games

In about 2 weeks, give or take a few days, the new NBA schedule will drop [often it is mid-August]. Usually, the opening day games get previewed a bit earlier so, hey, look at us now, we're almost back.

Which matchups do you predict will be featured on the 1st day of our new season ?

Normally, there were two games on TNT to start the season - TNT has left as a broadcast partner, how will this affect the first day's games ?

MIN vs OKC

from the east? **** umm NYK vs MIL? Hell, may not even have an east game.

NBA not gonna blow a marquee matchup like Lakers Mavs for opening day, they put that matchup on a random day in the season so they can get viewers then. Opening Day is already going to get viewers if the matchup is not the best, but above average.

Rather leave Thunder/Lakers for a mid-season primetime game, maybe even Christmas.

Mavs vs Spurs could be the next night on ESPN.

I think Lakers vs Timberwolves is more likely. Lakers vs Mavs seems like a Christmas game imo
