What do you mean switch on the jump? It's always been the case that you can lift your pivot foot to shoot or pass.

There's never been a rule in basketball that you can't lift your pivot foot, since you have to do that to do a layup, jumpshot, etc. What you can't do is switch your pivot foot, yes, but what do you mean by switch your pivot foot, "on the jump", as the video is no longer showing up?

Except the Mavs never updated his weight. 230 was his rookie season. He was probably closer to 270 in his last year with the Mavs.

It's because he was mainly in Slovenia before the Eurobasket. Afterwards he finally spent a week in Serbia where he regained all of that lost weight due to the food.

Like someone already said, 230 is his rookie weight. Like Andre Drumomond being perpetually 279lbs.

Luka claimed that he lost 26 pounds for the Eurobasket tournament. So Ironically if you believe the rumors that he was 270lbs last season, that translates to him being exactly 244lbs.

Luka was like 260-270 lbs last season so he did lose some weight.

No, but they tend to eat a bit more "normal" and healthier than in Serbia, whose diet consists of 80% meat.

I should know, I'm basically in between.

He was probably more like 270.

To put this into proper context, Real Madrid listed him at 230 when he was 18. That was his listing from before his last season in Europe.

During his last season in Europe (he was age 19), it looked like he had already gained a little bit of weight from when they had earlier listed him at age 18, over the previous summer.

So the Mavs listing him at 230 last year is quite comical. He was probably already more than that in his last season in Europe.
