I'm not a Beal fan. I didn't believe in he was a super high-end player, even when he was averaging 30.

That being said, he's coming off knee surgery and on a minutes restriction. He's working his way back from injury and will probably play much better than he is now.

All too typical for Beal. Still thinking he deserves 14+ shots and is the dude that is able to be relied upon when the truth is out there: He can't stay healthy and his statements don't pass the eye test.

You had your time, Brad. It's now time for you to ride off into the sunset with all those bags of cash you stole from three teams.

Bumping it before the rest of y'all..

https://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/282746/Bradley-Beal-Out-For-Season-With-Hip-Surgery

Bradley Beal has suffered a fractured hip and will undergo season-ending surgery. Beal joined the Los Angeles Clippers in the offseason on a two-year, $11 million deal with a player option for Year 2.

Beal appeared in six games with the Clippers, averaging 8.2 points and 1.7 assists in 20.2 minutes. Beal shot 37.5 percent from the floor and 36.8 percent on three-pointers.

Beal has been limited to no more than 53 games in each of the past four seasons.

"We met with numerous doctors and specialists around the country in collaboration with the entire Clippers medical staff over the last few days, and came to the decision unanimously that the surgery will allow Brad to have a full and complete recovery," said agent Mark Bartelstein.

Damn. Well that sux for all parties involved here. Time for the Clips to move forward, and probably for the better in the long run.

I feel like Ty Lue knew about this (or the probability of it) in the presser after the Hawks loss, he was fairly miserable for the entirety of it.
