50/50

Either he has his best statistical season or he’s in and out of the lineup with “injuries” then shutdown post ASG.

Career highs or close to it across the board, including shooting percentages. 50% from the field. 38% from deep. 78% from the ft line. To answer JJF's earlier question that clears 58.6 ts%.

And he did just dish 4.5 apg to 2.6 tov for 2025. He's clearly working on that part of his game and coming along nicely. That's a comfortable career high. Better than 1.73? He was 1.77 for 2025. Did you mean better than 1.78? I believe in JB. I think he settles around 1.94. Our ball movement is going to look crisp.

I think he will have more assists and rebounds and be more efficient, probably better advanced stats.
Maybe he scores more per game.

He's holding up ok under high usage. 13 games in —

.603 ts%
.516 fg%
.361 tp%
.787 ft%

54 assists
44 turnovers

He's about where i expected shooting, and a little behind where i thought he'd be as a ballhandler. Still holding at 5.3 assists per 40, but back down to his career average ast:to after trending upwards the past couple seasons.

He'll have to go on a tear to bring up his tre ball and I'm hoping he cleans up the turnovers by the All Star break. I think it's more likely that his tre improves than he hits the 1.94 i wishful thinked. It will definitely improve as the roster stabilizes and he gets further experience. Hopefully back to 1.77 or better.

So, only the turnovers are a genuine disappointment imo. Half the Celtics fanbase predicted that though lol. They would argue it's his Achilles heel. Could even argue it's one of the reasons why we're starting Pritchard.

Who uses per40 stats? lmao

Brown currently sitting at a 1.24 assist to turnover ratio in the young season.

I will give kudos on the TS% though, he is finally sinking his free throws at the highest clip of his career.

It's convenient to illustrate his consistency despite managing his hamstring to start the season.
