Well, that might of happened with JVG when he was with TNT. After he left/was fired by the Knicks. During the 02-03 season and playoffs.

I know he was Fratello a few times.

Hey how weird would it be if Michael Jordan was a commentator? He doesn't seem that motivated with these relative minor basketball jobs but if he did it I'm sure ratings would increase.
