I don't know about that unless it's something new, didn't RonRon change his number a couple of years in a row?

I thought you could change your number every season if desired. The league just needs to be informed by a certain date.

Or maybe I have no idea and that just seems logical.

I think they've changed the rules. A player who changes jersey number now have to wear the new number for 3 years before he can change it again if I'm not mistaken.

Correct. And Artest only changed his number after trades IIRC.

Not that surprizing...

KG is dominant, on the best team, and playing for a team that has a lot of fans outside of its own city.

Or he's just playing for a new team, and fans need a new, updated jersey.

Example: Kobe last year.

More Durant jerseys have been sold than Howard or CP3?

Something's wrong there...

What do you do with a jersey? I never see anyone wearing them, even at games.

I'd prefer to rock the old school Ron Mercer #5 celtics jersey..

97-98 was Nike's first year making jerseys for certain teams (Lakers Bulls, Celtics, Raptors, Spurs, Blazers etc..) I picked up a Billups and Mercer Celtics jersey...Later that season picked up a Billups Raptors jersey..

That was the first year that some of those teams went away from that itchy mesh, and went dri-fit..

Not surprised that KG is selling the most jerseys.

He's got a huge fanbase in MN and bringing it over to Boston.
