error number 1 was Riley and Shaq pressuring Wade to "do the right thing" and come back last season for a meaningless playoffs.
Still, Riley has done a terrible job. Sure he won the title, but unlike most GM's he hasn't even been able to field a competitive team out there.

And yes, you lowered Shaq's percentile because of the excuses you made, when Wade has bigger issues. Have you ever had to come back from two surgeries and play against the best basketball players in the world? Even more, the knee isn't even close to 100% at the moment. Hell, if Wade's sidekick (well, past sidekick) wasn't so lazy, maybe he could help carry the load until Wade is fully healthy. But no. Not Shaquille O'Neal of course.
