Ray certainly doesn't deserve it, if someone else in his spot, like say, GERALD WALLACE, was on the Celtics, then he'd average better stats than Ray in every single category, even 3 pt percentage, and Gerald isn't a three point shooter!

I thought it was the all-star game, not league decides who the fans want to see game. Doesn't matter, the whole weekend is a joke. Its only the fact that players are judged by their all-star appearances, but that is thrown up to the Commish who decides who the all-stars are.
The whole idea of "MUST BE ON A WINNING TEAM" is bullsh**, so don't bring that up. Neither the NFL or MLB care about team records when selecting their all-stars.

I would have thought a forward would have been replaced with a forward... Ray Allen was a guard last time I checked... First Sheed, now Allen... Stern is doing everything in his power to hype up the possible EC Finalists, even though those players are undeserving... **** the record, an All-Star is an All-Star, not an 'All-Star-on-the-teams-with-the-best-records...
Hedo and RJ/Gerald Wallace should have replaced Butler and Garnett, they're all forwards... And if Stern wanted a bigger F, even Josh Smith is putting up better stats than Rasheed... We had Bosh selected as a first time all-star when our team sucked worse than Atlanta and New Jersey now...
