No, I was the one accusing him of being ridiculously homerish in believing that everyone else just had to either be incredible homers themselves (first) or hate Utah (second) in order to think Baron Davis is a better player than Deron Williams.
Battling ridiculous homers one incredibly biased argument at a time.

The Warriors started off slow, but since then they have one of the best records in the league. They played better when they got their captain back of course, but take Boozer out of Utah and we will see what Deron does he will probably score more, but Utah would lose. How does Deron represent the NBA better, Baron is one of the most giving players in the league and never has off the court issues. Accomplished more in a short career is pure crap, if I remember Baron carried New Orleans to the playoffs when he entered the league. People have such short memory.
he's accomplished a lot in his career and many may not know this, but he gives back to his community, especially new orleans - he just doesn't publicize it. he may get techs...but what do casual nba fans know?
if you put a picture of baron besides deron...and who looks like the thug? they guy with the 70s style beard or the dude with tattoos all over the place? i think its crap for ppl to say he's give the league a bad image - that "bad image" is seen by the casual fan who thinks cornrows and tattoes our thuggish - which is just ignorant.
if anything he energized the league's image with leading his team to a magical season! arco arenas has never been so great to be in and if for nothing, i think he should be awarded for beating the mavs last year in that magical series.
frankly, roy shouldn't have gotten in. it should have been baron, and if kobe is out, than deron or manu should have been a raplacement. but whatever.
* i don't think deron is a thug because of his tattoos though...for all the jazz fans. imo, they look stupid on him, and if he has neck tattoos...what a ***** - thank god he makes tonnes of money. ppl with neck tattoes better hope they don't ever have to have a corporate job!

Explain to me why Bynum doesn't deserve it over David West if he wasn't injured.
What the ****? Why would Bynum deserve it over West? Seriously, what is your argument here?
And Trixx, Bynum might make if if there was no Chris Kaman or Marcus Camby ahead of him but...
13 and 10 isn't an All-Star unless it's an extremely weak year or you're a defensive wunderkind.

umm, david has better numbers and is on a team with a higher seed now and when voters had the chance.
and david doesn't play 30 minutes either. why? cuz he doesn't get into foul trouble that bynum has. he also has the ability to create at this time more than bynum. and i can argue he is the number 1 option before chris, especially lately. we just won a game where chris scored only 2 points and david scored 33.
no doubt he can get to be one, but david was beasting since the beginning of the season. he's also had more than one good season as well. bynum started a lot later than david has.

The fact is, Andrew's numbers are really good, but not great, and he's been out for about a month. No way he deserves an All-Star berth. No big deal -- he'll have plenty of opportunities down the road.
Frankly, I was kinda hoping Baron would get in, if only to put an end to all the crying in the Bay Area. Seriously, I might have been 14 the last time I really cared about who got picked to the ASG.
