These aren't MY facts. I didn't make any of this up. It's all there for everyone to see...the internet is a beautiful thing.

These are ACTUAL FACTS about Kobe's life. (look it up, look at his police interrogation transcript, read Phil Jackson's book)

Don't hate me, hate Kobe for providing the facts about himself throughout his life.

Does the truth hurt?

Dude you missed the yellow bus a long time ago .

These facts that you posted has nothing to do with Kobe being a ball player , its like lets say for example Mike Tyson rapped a girl in the 90s , yes it wrong what he did , yet it has nothing to do with him being one of the best heavy weights ever .
So what does that have to do with Tysons boxing career .
Nothing .
Now when you talk about R.Clemes or Barry Bonds being one of the greatest hiters or pitchers , then that would be wrong since they are both involved in using HGH and Roids .
Now if Barry bonds decided to wear a dress and hang out at the local gay bars , so what thats his personal buisness , not mine or yours .

Your facts dont mean jack to me and Im sure to others , specially if Kobe is breaking every record in the books for being the best in the game , so post all the nonsense you want , he still getting paid and he's still breaking every thing from Jordans records to Wilts .

I dont hate you , your hate as well as others is very obvious , you and others who envy guys like Kobe for his game his lifestyle and his achivements is so great that the only thing that you can do is criticize about him is his personal life , nothing else .
So you and others stoop down to a low level and pull up worthless things to try to prove a point , which basically has nothing to do with the game of basketball , but your jelousy towards him and his game .
I bet you one thing though if he played for the Spurs or your favorite team , you and Harlomhomer would never sit here post all these worthless remarks about his personal life , and you would be praising him for his game .

Like they say ..... hate me more since all it does is fuel my fire to try to prove you wrong ...........

I didn't waste my time reading that 1st post, but I just want to say that if Kobe were a media darling, I don't think I'd be as big a fan of his as I am. I am personally inspired by his drive and ability to tune out distractions and haters. I love that he's hated, because I know it doesn't bother him.

Plus I just can't hate a guy who puts in the work to be the best. A lot of guys talk the talk, but they don't put in the suicides, 2 a days, or 5 mile runs at 4 in the morning. He is just so dedicated, and that is something that is inspirational no matter what your career may be. The fact that he does all this despite being one of the most hated and misunderstood athletes of all time, just makes it that much more amazing (in my opinion).

Perfect perspective for a Laker fan to have. Appreciate his good points, figure the other stuff doesnt matter, and dont concern yourself with people that dont like him because you cant control what other people think. ESPECIALLY haters, like myself...

I've grown old and wise. I've been a fan of Kobe's for over 10 years. In a way I've grown up with him. But I'm done trying to convince haters what I know of Kobe. They have thickened my skin, and for that I thank them.

As evidence by the numerous reported posts and the overall tone of this thread and it's contents, safe to say "lock".

The rule of thumb with superstar threads is that, unless you're introducing brand new, or extremely pertinent information, it's best to just stray away, because (in general) they never end well.
