There has been doubt he could perform and is a starter in this league, but really showed up tonight in his first chance, in the post-Kidd era

25 pts, 4 asts, 4 boards, 2 steals, 9-18 from the field, 3-5 from 3, 4-5 from the line

pretty impressive. I did have doubt

Didn't see the game, but I'm surprised he didn't have more assists. Usually his passing is great. 5 TO's could be cause for concern.

How was his defense?

He also had 5 turn overs too!!

Why don't we wait until he's played more than one game? Of course, by then Harris will be back and Williams will be back on the pine.

In saying that, I like the kid.

Harris for sure, but it should make it interesting. With Kidd, Frank played both of them at once so he could possibly do the same with Harris. The Nets may of gotten worse from this trade for this year, but I think the excitement/interest has increased.

pfffft. We dumped Kidd and two pieces of garbage in return for a starting PG with lightning speed and solid defense, a solid defender in Hassel(who already made an impact on the Nets defense), a solid center in Diop, who looks like he fits right in, draft picks, and cap space. It isn't the Nets who have gotten worse here!

a lot of times, people weren't finishing off his passes which would've padded his assist total, but overall he did a very good job
