Isiah Thomas - worst Player to GM/Coach in NBA history?

Post#1 » by BK Nets » Thu Feb 21, 2008 7:28 am

Everything he touches turns to mush.. CBA.. Inherit solid Pacers team from Bird, knocked out in first round every year.. Knicks -> Lenny Wilkens, Larry Brown fiasco, Marbury feud, SEXUAL Harassment lawsuit, Eddy Curry trade, Jerome James signing.. tonight, team in disarray, 40 point loss wtf?

How does this guy still have a job? Is there any previous NBA player that coached or GM as bad as him?

How is it possible to have 23 TOs in a game? Every player on the roster except Balkman turned the ball over tonight...

Thats just outstanding.

Larry Bird was a good Coach, he was just a bad GM
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."

Jordan picked Kwame Brown as the first overall pick in 2000.

Danny Ferry is the worst GM in the league

Isiah is a close second though.

As bad as Isiah is, no one has messed up more after being giftwrapped lebron james.

Jordan is lucky to have the Clippers being the worse.

As for Isiah, I don't think he's all bad. He's not so bad at drafting and did aight in Indy. It's just tough to do both jobs in NY.
