Kidd/Paul/B Diddy
Kobe/Ginobli/Roy
T-Mac/Battier/Melo
Nowitzki/Boozer/Amare
Duncan/Chandler/Yao

Battier is considered for defensive purposes strictly on Lebron but someone like Bowen/S Jax can easily replace him.
