"Sure, I may have went a little crazy. Listening to my dad, drafting Yi, thinking we had a good team... But you would have all done the same! Have you been to Milwaukee? My god. The months of isolation. Look at me I get fired and even my RealGM thread can barely reach 4 pages!!! If it was Colangelo's plumber it would be on page 652 within 7 seconds. But nothing for ole' Larry huh. Fine then, enjoy your Bucks! But let me just say one thing... I'd do it all again... hahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH"

He was doing a piss poor job in Milwaukee. I am happy for Milwaukee fans. IMO it wasn't right to build around JUST Michael Redd. Now they have Yi (who didn't even want to come to Milwaukee, they took a risk by picking him), but the Bogut pick was terrible. I think they need some more trades. They have talent but they suck, and they need a new coach. It's sad that they aren't in the playoffs with all that talent on their team.

Arent Mil fans worried that Simmons might make under the table moves with Boston to help his hometown team?

At the time it was the correct pick and right now Bogut is starting to prove why he was picked #1. Big men take longer to develop than guards and he is really starting to come along. You can not call that pick terrible at all.

yeah big men take longer to develop in general but the uniqueness of bogut was he claimed he was ready to produce right now (which he is kinda) he claimed he had all this experience from college and stuff and even gave a resume to kohl stating how he played duncan well in the olympics and is mature and everything

so while it's true big men take longer to develop thats usually for projects like jermaine o'neal and guys from highschool with on pro experience andstuff...definitely not something bogut can say for himself
Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

its a terrible situation. you've got owners who intervene too much, and a gm who signs role players to bloated contracts. i feel bad for bucks fans, who are true basketball fans. they arent like clipper or grizzlie fans for instance. they deserve a winning product. the front office has ensured mediocrity for a long time unless drastic changes are made.

As a Bucks fan, I'd say this is an excellent summation of Larry Harris' tenure as the team's GM. Well said.

It's an absolute guarantee that Simmons would do a better job than Isaiah, and probably a whole load of other GMs as well.

As a Bucks fan I appreciate those who've said that we are good fans (the majority of us that is). We have dealt with mediocrity for years now and its time for a winner.

Exactly, trade Bogut and Redd for Perkins and Tony Allen and begin to rebuild in MIL.

I dont know. When it comes to trades, i think most GM's wouldnt want to deal with him because he might write an article about it.
