i really thought Jamal Crawford did that and not Ricky Davis...well Jamal Crawford is a stat-padder anyway. When people see 20 ppg they think...oh wow he might not suck, but just look at his FG% his TS% and his career winning percentage of .395. Say all you want about stephon and teams getting better when he leaves, but Jamal sets basketball back 20 years. He has no business in the NBA, and deserves to be on the And-1 tour where idiot hoodlums will be impressed with his various array of carries. Such as the behind the back carry, or the shake and bake carry.
I know this isn't stat-padding, but this basically sums up Jamal Crawford as a selfish player. About a month ago, we were down by 20 (as usual) and Crawford decided he was going to throw the ball of the backboard and dunk it, he missed the dunk.

Well if we are going to mention Lebron we might as well mention Kobe too. Back when he had that 10 or 11 straight 45+ point games it was clear both he and Phil Jackson were concerned with the streak. A number of times during that streak Kobe would shoot his team out of the game and other times while the game was already a blowout in Lakers favour Kobe would still be on the court trying to hit that 45 point mark. And the 81 point night the coaching staff let him keep going when the game was already over and Kobe was visibly upset when any of the Lakers other than him took a shot.
*prepares for the "Kobe was making history he was allowed to do that" comebacks from Kobe fans.

It wasn't a blow out. If you call 15pts deficit a blow out in playoffs I have no words to you. LeBron's playoff history is full of 48 min. games. It has nothing to do with stat padding it's because Cavs can't afford sitting him. And it's actually bad for LeBron's performance. Do you remember game 5 last year? He got his first 4th quarter playoff rest(in a close game) and then made the history. I hope we can sit for at least 8 min. every game.

I'm not a huge Kobe fan, but in his defense, the Lakers were down by 25, I believe, in that game, and none of his teammates were shooting .500, while Kobe was. Speaking of high scoring games, Wilt's 100 had intentional fouling to stop the clock and give Wilt more time to get points.

DeShawn Stevenson of the Jazz hammered Davis with a cross block. "DeShawn fouled him, and I would have fouled him, too," Jazz coach Jerry Sloan said. "I would have knocked him on his ass." Said Cavs coach Keith Smart: "He has to live with what he did. Wherever he goes, people will remember it."

I came across this video and remembered the day I first saw this. I don't think you can get much lower than this as a player. Can you think of any worse case of blatant statspadding? I mean we know Moses padded his offensive rebounds etc. but this was really something else.
Ps: I don't know what's the deal with the music and pictures at the end of the video but the look on Sloan's face is priceless.

Thats fkn hilarious. For some reason I don't remember that.
