What if Philly never trades Korver?

Would they be more dangerous? Looking back, was it worth it to trade for an expiring and future 1st?

A better question is: "what would have happened if Jason Kidd stayed in NJ?" That's probably what Mark Cuban is thinking right now...

trading Korver made Philly a better team. it gave Thaddeus Young playing time and he's been an improvement over Korver for Philly.

good trade.

Utah got better by getting Korver and Philly got better by getting rid of him.

They also saved money and got out of Korver's deal. While it was not a bad deal, they were stocked at his position and he was taking away minutes from their young players. He also was not being used the same in Philly as he is in Utah.

It was a good trade for both sides.

This was a great trade for both teams.

Like everyone said Philly needed another player to emerge and Young has really stepped up, the Jazz really needed another shooter and Korver is just that.

well actually the trade was supposed to free up time for thad in theory but he has been playing the great majority of his time at pf until recently.

We've have been much better defensively w/o KK43. even though he is an underrated defender he didn't fit the style we play which requires big time athletes,
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

Korver in Philly wasn't doing much.. He's a valuable asset to Utah. Both teams win. The Sixers have been the hottest team in the NBA in the past 20 games.

Yeah that was probably the best trade made in terms of a good deal for both teams this year.
