I hope the Mavs don't make it just because they don't deserve it, even with Dirk out. Plus the Cuban reaction will be priceless.

Bucks make a valiant effort to come back, but do their job and lose at the end.

Suns in a high-scorer, now that Devin Harris has revived the Nets' offense.

Cavs-Pistons
Detroit to win a slugfest.

Bucks-Bulls
Milwaukee can't even beat Miami at the moment. Surely the Bulls win - but they'll find a way to make it hard.

Warriors-Nuggets
The Warriors will go small and be a little more successful than the Nugz.

Bobcats-Trailblazers
No Roy, the Blazers struggle for scoring, with Aldridge also battling injury. The Bobcats have been hot-and-cold, but have played the 'better' teams well (ie Lakers, Celtics) and I think they get this one.

Grizzlies-Clippers
The Grizzlies beat the Lakers in LA and that's no mean feat, given that they've sucked all year. They look an exciting unit, and if they add either Rose or Beasley to replace what they currently have, they could be a good team to watch in future. I think they get the Clips here, who are mired in mediocrity once again.

Dang, every game bar the Warriors-Nuggets correct so far.

Kudos to Denver.

Why did GS start Azubuike, when Biedrins had a big game?

Did anyone just see NBA TV: Fantasy Hoops? How did Andris Biedrins not get under the boards with 17 points and 17 boards but Ben Wallace with 6 points and 5 boards get mentioned just because of injury? Plus two retards called up and yelled balls, titties. If Kamla heard that call, he would start screaming and probably swear. :D

Dallas are 0-9 (?) against winning teams since the Kidd trade. No Dirk OR no Dirk at full tilt either to end the regular season.

If Dallas can't beat a .500 team with Dirk, can they do it without the reigning MVP? I say not.

I think Dallas are resigned to 8th or 9th right now to be honest.

Denver, the potential is there. Their offense has been red-hot and K-Mart has hit a purple patch in form - and really being the difference maker. Against Toronto, he put the handcuffs on CB4 when it mattered the most; when the Nuggets was seemingly on the line after losses in Boston and Philly.

To be honest, I can't see Denver missing out now. It was only a problem when they were the outsider looking into the top 8. Now, it's the other way around.

Golden State are such a conundrum. B-Diddy is playing at an elite level; Monta and S-Jax are also performing, but the loss of Pietrus in recent times has really stunted him a little. They're still in need of an athletic 4.

But, simply put, I can't see Denver missing the post-season.

Good team win by Charlotte, fun game to watch - great road trip for them as well, 3-1

Thornton with a tremendous game in the Clips win... 39 pts for his career high

Really great stuff for Denver, and Kenyon Martin playing his best 'ball seemingly, since Nets/04-05

Cavs continue to show that they need to get more flexible, better offensively, and a stand-out right-hand guy for LeBron. And in getting that 2nd offensive guy next to LeBron, obviously LBJ's going to have to play off the ball at times, so that guy can operate and help out LeBron. Play off eachother. Rather than for the most part that guy being a shooter and cutter. Limiting what he can do, and only playing off LeBron.

Aside from the injuries, which did play a large part in Hughes not working out - Cleveland I think could of used Hughes better and more consistently, in the aformentioned scenario.

Cleveland offensively, it's still LeBron and a bunch of complementary players. Ilgauskas is at best a 3rd option. They have upgrades and are deeper now, yeah, but they just don't have a balanced squad, basically. Their offense is not above-average.

I've come to be surprsied in noticing that, mostly, the media really overlooks how limited of an offensive team Cleveland is. Obviously being because of LeBron. But the situation is, as great as LeBron is, he's just one guy, and needs an all-star type of helper next to him.
