Not bad...Lewis has been a good player and a very nice addition to the Magic, but I understand why you put him on this list. I don't think Moore deserves to be #2, though.

Bad because the players were terrible
5. Jeff McInnis
4. Jamaal Magloire
3. Steve Francis
2. Troy Hudson
1. Smush Parker

Good players, bad signings because of overpayment
4. Mikki Moore
3. Luke Walton
2. Jason Kapono
1. Rashard Lewis

Again, Lewis is certainly the best player and has had the most positive impact out of everyone on either list, and it's not even close. I'm guessing he's the only one that the team in question doesn't regret...yet. So maybe he doesn't really deserve to be #1.

But he's also the only one making Kevin Garnett money to be a complementary player. IMHO, he should be making about $12M a year at absolute most...that means his contract over the next 6 years is at least $40M too big. That's more than anyone else on this list will make with their ENTIRE contract...so I had to make him tops. I completely understand that many will disagree, and I see the reasons why. Part of me wondered whether to list him at all. But in the end I just considered production-to-pay, and I can't see Lewis ever really earning $20M+ per year. I just can't.
