^^ i agree, i dont see how washington over cleveland is the winner of the poll. I would hardly call that an upset..I actually expect Washington to win..

The Raptors have the best chance to upset their opponent

If you had to pick one, Toronto over Orlando is the most likely upset.

(I don't consider WAS/CLE to be an upset if either wins, 4/5 matchups are never really upsets)
