How Do You Determine a Players Value to His Team?
What kind of things help determine a players value to his team. Is it his +/- when he's on/off the court? Is it how his team does when he doesn't play? Is it his statistics? If a player had a combination of all say a high +/-, good statistics that few in the league can match and his team doesn't win much when he doesn't play; does that mean he's a valuable player in this league?
