Oden. He'll struggle the first couple months but by the end of the year he'll ultimately prove he's the best rookie.

If Rose averages something like 14/7/4 and leads the Bulls back to the playoffs, he should have a head up on guys like Beasley and Mayo who'll probably put up big numbers on non-playoff teams. Oden, though, will be one of the focal points on what should be a powerful and fun to watch Portland team. If he drops a double-double and 2-3 blocks/game, he might be your ROY.

I'm gonna guess Andrew Bynum will get a lot of votes here on RealGM, even though he doesn't qualify..it'll be his "rookie year"(first year) of putting up 20 and 10 on 65% shooting with 4 blocks per game..

oden- because he would be the oldest looking ROY ever.

not to mention he will have 3 20pts/20rebs/5blk game this year which will help his case.
