I'm a Pistons fan, so yes.

I honestly thought they would win the 2006 and 2007 ECF. Miami, as a team, just got hot at the right time. They started getting great contributions from guys like Antoine Walker and Detroit didn't have enough of a bench.

Cleveland, well, we know what happened there. LeBron went berserk in Game 5 and then the team melted down in Game 6.

You know, even then I still didn't expect the Magic to win. I remember thinking we'd likely lose game 5 on the road, and then we either had to win game 6 at home or it wasn't going to happen.

Sure enough, gayness abounded. Even up 3-1 I felt like we had about a 65% chance of actually pulling off the upset - so I wasn't 'expecting' it to happen, but rather hoping it would. It wasn't like this postseason, when we went up 2-0 on the Raps. I expected us to win that series from the get go, as did most people.

I did expect the Magic to win the '95 Finals, though. But looking back as I got older, the Rockets went on an improbable run through the WC Playoffs, so I guess I underestimated the heart of a champion.....
