Hopefully now the NBA will realize how important the Celtics are for their success and they won't get screwed in the draft lottery like they have.

LOL they didn't get screwed, the lottery system served its purpose. Where were all you whining idiots when Portland had the worst record and the 4th pick?

Thanks to Toronto and Chicago being utterly moronic, you basically did have the #1 overall pick anyway. :banghead:

This was the best season since 2003/2004.

Boring? I disagree.

The Lakers dominating Denver was fun to watch, Suns/Spurs G5 was good, CP3's playoff debut was terrific, a couple of the Jazz/Rockets games were good games.

To me, competitive series are entertaining. Watching teams treadmill through others like the Lakers did to the Nuggets is not my idea of fun.

Well I can see where you're coming from about the series' as a whole, but there were still other significantly enjoyable parts of the 1st round aside from Suns/Spurs G1.

Game 5 of the Jazz/Lakers series was one of the best playoff games I have seen in the last 5 years, and my team lost. Game 1 Spurs/Suns was awesome. But yes, I would have hoped to see a more competitive playoffs from teams that were so tightly grouped during the regular season.

Overall, this was a dream season, and the results of it will be much more evident in the years to come. Anyone who says differently just wants to be the turd in the punch bowl.

Also Danny Ainge saved his ass from getting his salad tossed, that was a priceless moment.

The only parts of the post season I enjoyed were the Hornets games (I'm not a Hornets fan but CP3 is fun to watch) and seeing the Lakers get so close only to be crushed completely.
