It appears, judging from James' comments Monday, that the Nets might be James' preferred destination if he opts out of his contract in the summer of 2010 and becomes an unrestricted free agent.

A lot can happen in 2 seasons. Speculating on where a player is going to go in 2010 is absolutely pointless.

Its not when a franchise (Nets) basically traded their 2nd best player in order to build around the idea that a top class free agent (which will likley be Lebron) will consider coming to them
