Hypothetically yes. But there's a reason why Philly just gave him away

Might as well ask, hypothetically if Aaron Gordon can now shoot laser beams out of his eyes and breath fire does that put them ahead of Philly and Boston?

Just as likely as the OP.

Why would Fultz not be healthy? How and when was he ever injured?

Crickets incoming.

Are we talking healthy Markelle Fultz, or healthy "what he thought he would be pre-draft" Markelle Fultz?

A physically and mentally healthy Fultz is a mix of Brandon Roy and D'Angelo Russell.

In what scenario does that matter with Philly

Embiid>>Nikola
Horford>Issaac
Harris>Gordon
Richardson>Fornier
Simmons>>>>Markelle

The only position I even consider giving Orlando was Sf.

I see a 45 win team at best. Marginal shooting and a headcase at pg.

Lets say Fultz is healthy and is what we thought he would be going into the draft.

No!

He'll still be a point guard with minimal NBA experience and who's never played while being healthy. You don't just suddenly learn to be an elite point guard in the NBA without playing and growing into being an elite point guard.

If Fultz is as good as he's looked in those clips, Orlando could make some noise in the playoffs. That bench isn't all that though.

But better than Philly? Why? They're stacked.

Zero clue about Boston.
