Just because the kid works for the Lakers doesn't not mean he's not a Garnett fan (or used to be in this case). The kid obviously lives in LA, found a job as a ballboy for the local team.
You yourself have said that you are not a Celtics fan, but you're a KG fan or his apologist.

And I can't seem to find anyone discussing the part where ballboys are usually 16-20 year old dudes. They should be thanking their lucky heavens that they have this job. There's a difference when players trash talk during the games within the players on the court. Those are meant to just pump up the rilvalry/competition. But to the public and when players get interviewed, they should act professional out of respect for the fans, the league and the sport.

He's revered in two cities (Minnesota and Boston), got a ring, got an league MVP, and is a certain Hall of Famer, got a beautiful wife and is a zillionare

I much prefer KG's personality and antics to boring nerds like Tim Duncan or Steve Nash.
Sometimes I think KG bashing is just like tall poppy syndrome, bit like what happened to Tiger Woods, especially after the breakup of his marriage, people just love send rich, successful and popular celebrities or athletes go down a peg.

I'd also like to ask those fans who are dissing him here, would u have the gonads to say it to his face if you met him ??

BUT there is nothing wrong with this. I love it to be honest. It's what the rivalry is all about. The Laker ball still has a good story to tell, and let's not act like he's some unfortunate child. He gets to get autographs from famous ball players all the time. He'll live. I haven't read the whole thread but KG has done far worse things, and if anyone is actually making this a big deal it's kind of uncalled for.

I got cussed out by Magic Johnson when I asked for an autograph. It's not like I was going to go and drink rat poison cuz I did not get a autograph. Maybe he was having a bad day. Players are humans.
