Consent legal age in most countries in europe is set between 14 and 16 years, here in spain is 13 for kids under 18 and 15 for adults, but there are rumours of getting it up to 16...

Anyway as long as its consented and there is no abuse (a thin line when we talk about adults) i dont see a problem on most cases, but its a morally gray area that seems hard to grasp in general and is better to analize in every individual case.

18 seems like the proper age. 16 year olds are still children

It's not unreasonable to never have heard of her. I'm in 93 and most people grew out of the YTV phase right when iCarly was becoming popular, but if you ever flicked back on to it, her show was frequently on.
