last few years the golden boot winner has ended up kicking 20/24 goals in a season of 38 matches

Haaland has 9 so far in 5 matches. He **** flayed my team. Absolutely flayed us, It helps playing for Man City, But he has created a few goals out of just being bigger and faster then everryone else. It looks ridiculus in a sport like football when you are that physically superior to everyone

When this thread was made, I said, ok, let see if Haaland really that good or it is a streak. Quite obvious it wasnt a streak, man is just world class.
But I will say, he has such an easy job on Man City. I get that finishing and positioning is a damn skill, but man, he just need to be in a box and his midfielders will give him chances. He has had 101 touches overall after 5 games, and yes, it is incredible that with so little touches, he already has 9 goals, but man, when you have De Bruyne, Foden etc. you will score. Of course Haaland is a freak, 6'4 with that strength and speed and force, man is a force of nation.

I'm both a Zion fan, a Dortmund fan (because of our young American 18 year old superstar Gio Reyna is there), and am American so know football lol

I think the right answer is Haaland. He has a chance to win 3-4 ballon d'ors once Messi/Ronaldo hang it up. His only real competition will be Neymar and Mbappe but they cancel each other out on the same team. Zion best case scenario I don't think will spend much time as the best player in the world, but he could prove me wrong.

But that's why...RIGHT NOW...the answer is Haaland.

Metcalf will be a Hall of Fame talent that could be the poster boy for the position in NFL history...but people will always say he's a WR and therefore limited from being the best player in the league.

All 3, PHYSICALLY, are like Lebron/Shaq's in their respective sports/positions.

I'm German and have watched football for nearly 20 years now. Haaland is probably the most talented player I've ever seen in the Bundesliga. Seeing him succeed like this for City doesn't surprise me at all.

Dude is a LeBron-esque athletic anomaly, you could tell me he's a cyborg and I would instantly believe you. If his health doesn't fail him, I think he's gonna win many Ballon d'Ors. Zion would be lucky to even win one MVP, as talented as he is.

Excited? I probably wouldnt put haaland as an exciting player to watch. He's a phenomenal striker but im never excited to see a haaland game. Then again the last striker i was excited to see was probably Henry-Bergkamp and R9.
