I think Tatum is better than anyone on the Suns....

Okay, great. That opinion is not shared by all. Ask yourself this...who do you trust to make a play to win a playoff game more...Tatum, Booker, Chris Paul? It will be interesting how you answer this question.
I am not 100% sure if you can compare Booker and CP3 who have the best net rtg in clutch stats with tatum, who is superb too, while saying he is better.
he is top 5 clutch material, but stats have cp3 and booker ahead. Maybe it's due to teams performance, but especially Chris paul has been like this hoş whole career. Booker evolved to higher levels last 2 years

Tatum has a negative rating, which surprises me a lot.

I never understood this metric. how is 'klutch' actually measured?
The past 20-25 games, the C's have won 80% of their games by 10+ points. Games Tatum played and went down to the wire are probably 4-5? Top of my head those are probs against Mavs (L), Nets (W), Thunder (W), Pacers (W).
How is he still on a negative Net Rating i dont get.

It's from the early part of the season when the Celts were a mess.

Tatum (and Brown) got chewed out for not passing and for a month or two JT was out there 2nd guessing himself in crunch time wondering if he should shoot or pass instead of just playing his game. And he was just flat out not hitting shots at the start of the season.

All that is in the past now but since the team took off we haven't been in a ton of close games so the clutch stats haven't really caught up. But JT has been one of the most statistically clutch players in the NBA since his rookie year.

Over the last two months, Tatum is back to a 60%ish TS guy in crunch time, which is where he’s been the previous two season. The team still hasn’t been good in crunch time in that time, but JT is the least of my concern there.

Taking into consideration injuries and playoff experience?

1. Bucks
2. Miami
3. Phoenix Suns

Then I'd put a category of teams that can be great, but have either injured stars, unproven playoff performers, or just not quite there;

1. Brooklyn Nets
2. Warriors
3. Boston Celtics
4. 76ers (barely make this)

Dark horse young teams;
Memphis, Dallas, Raptors
