I assume ALL of these silly threads will finally end when we all agree that all international leagues (and every international player) are better than what's been universally agreed as the best basketball league in the world for the past 75 years.

Or... until the regular season begins.

Luka said in this interview that NBA is a tougher league. But it's easier to score 30 points in the NBA. And I think that statement still makes sense. The NBA rules is just more geared toward higher scoring. Doesn't mean it's easier. Your opponent can easily outscore you as well. He also said in the interview the NBA rules makes it harder to stop people. Which also adds to his "it's easier to score 30 points in the NBA" argument. But you have to also note that this is coming from a player of Luka's talent level. I don't think that comment will roll off Jorge Garbajosa's tongue that easy.

All saying the same thing, that it's easier to play in the NBA, than in European basketball, because the NBA is less physical and easier to score in.

Wenbanyama says it's easier to play in the NBA even though he hasn't played one meaningful second in the league???

You haven’t played in either league, so why are you clowning him? See how that works both ways? It’s almost like these players overseas have televisions too, and are able to make certain judgements over the footage they see. You know, exactly like you are doing on these forums.

Wemby hasn't played in the NBA so making a statement like that, he's only clowning himself while putting a bullseye on his back at the same time.

Comparing me posting on a message board to the situation he put himself in (put up or shut up) is quite different.

Except it’s not. You are here, making judgements about the game you’ve never played on an NBA level. Now, on the basis of what do you make said judgements? On what you see or have seen.

Why can’t Wembanyama? I presume you disagree with his assessment?

I assess players who I've seen play and sometimes against each other, in the same league, under the same rules. He's doing quite the opposite with his assumptions of the NBA. Regardless, he's the one who's getting paid to back up his claims not me. Media doesn't care about my opinions on a NBA message board but his quotes can (and will) be brought up time and time again when the situation presents itself. Media and board trolls will have a field day when he puts up his first single-single game.

Its only superstar players saying that its easier. Its hard to imagine Luka having a hard time scoring in any league.

secondly threads like this always derails into something totally unrelated,,,like there's a comprehension problem

Brandon Jennings averaged 7.6 points in EuroLeague, and then a few months later he scored 55 points in one NBA game.
