Am looking at this correct? The East is still so tightly together.

If Boston wins, yes they are two.

They may get the Nets. Nets play in the 7-8 game.

Milwaukee tanking for that 3 seed. Lol...Ime should pull the Celtics starters in the start of the 2nd quarter. Play Pritchard and Hauser the rest of the way.

Boston doesn’t want any chance of dropping to 4 because reportedly Jaylen Brown can’t play at Toronto.

But if 76ers are getting blown out… we may see it.

Coach Jenkins said in pregame that they only play if there's significant foul trouble. They're nailed to the bench unless 3 other Grizz foul out

This is end of bench, GLeague Grizz tonite. Not expecting a win tonite as a Grizz fan.

I keep hearing that but I highly doubt he'll just sit those games. He's probably vacced. The amount of heat he'd take in Boston if they lost that series (which they legit could if he doesn't play) would be wild. That could lead to them trading him or him asking out.

He doesn't want that and neither to the Celts. I'd hope they came to an agreement and he got the shot.

I know the Grizz don't care about this one...still Tatum is a beast. I was wrong about him, thought he was a bit overated but he proved me wrong this season

FFS. Horford directly said he is vaxxed.

Jaylen said he is ready and excited to play anyone.

The reporter who started the whole thing has already been proven wrong and is acting like he never said it.

And on the TNT broadcast they just said: "I don't know if it's true but there are rumors that Brown and Horford are not vaccinated."

Just irresponsible.

I haven't followed the Celtics drama, but did Jaylen say what you said ("Excited to play anyone") instead of saying "Yes I'm vaxxed"?

That leaves it very open...because if it turns out he's not vaxxed, and if that quote is brought up, he can just say "Well, I'm still gonna play them, just not in Toronto..."

"I'm vaxxed" = I can play anyone anywhere...
"I'm ready and excited to play anyone" doesn't necessarily mean he can play them anywhere...

I've been frustrated talking about this all day already but Jaylen says he's a VP of the Players Association and as such we will not hear him directly comment on personal medical info. That is NBAPA policy.

But he says he's ready to play against anyone. And the only reason anyone is even talking about it is because of speculation from reporter Chris Mannix who has already been proven wrong and doesn't even stand behind his own comments on it.

And the Celtics just rested Tatum and Horford in a game that, had they won it, would havre eliminated the possibility of playing the Raptors in the 1st round. If they had unvaxxed starter(s), avoiding the Raps would be the top priority. But clearly the team is fine with a potential Toronto series.

It's just a bunch of nothing that got mindlessly retweeted took on a life of its own.

He did play at Toronto on November 28. If the policy was in place then too then that implies that Brown is vaxxed

I wonder if this tweet 7 months ago kinda fans the flames of that speculation

Read on Twitter

"I have my own thoughts on it ....... but I respect my teammates decisions" - If most of his teammates are vaccinated, that can be taken as an implication that he's on the other end of whatever their decisions are.

The TNT crew, especially Chuck, are putting on a masterclass of ignorance and misinformation. These idiots shouldn't get a pass just because they're popular.
