He played through an injury in the RS, yes. Playing through that injury definitely helped him make the All-NBA team but it also helped the Pacers make the playoffs. So, both him and the team gained from Hali's toughness and willingness to play through injury.

As for now, he re-injured that hurt hamstring. Hamstring injuries are like that. When you play through them, there's always the chance of re-aggravation. That's just the nature of this particular injury.

I'll post one, I found very interesting.

The Celtics have the highest differential in the playoffs at +10.6 that's great, and means they have been really pounding teams. What's not so great, is that during the 4th quarter they have a -1.0. Assuming they indeed play the Mavericks, they are up against the two best closers in the game in Luka and Kryie. (Mavs as a team in the playoffs are +3.5 and +2.0 in the 4th)
