Arms on the Kings 1B team has been the best player on the court that includes Castleton, Bronny, Knecht and Lewis.

Summer league is so fun. Just controlled chaos with young players trying to show something and somehow making it work together.

Caitlin Clark would also score more points for the Lakers than Bronny probably.

Hard going from oldest guy in the gym playing against kids to actually playing in your own age class.

2-8? That’s who the Lakers focused on all summer instead of signing / trading for nba players? Sad

Summer league production means nothing.

As a rule of thumb, if you are great in summer league, you can still suck in NBA. But if you suck in summer league, which is a waaay lower competition, you will likely suck in NBA. We have a fairly large sample size for this.

Not even real NBA players.

I don’t think any of those Kings players had NBA experience.

Adonis Arms had 32/11/5, is 26 years old, never played an NBA game and just made Bronny look like a kid off the streets. Guess who has an NBA contract?

I specially disliked moment when commentator went "forget about nepotism". Lets not try make nepotism cool, publicly okay, acceptable, something which is good or positive across television. Children and young adults are watching this sport and games.

We dont want our children to grow up and be like Bronny. I dont understand people who voice and work on television, give voice to radio and actually speak to audience, to be like this. Please when you doing your job do your job responsibly.

I was a believer on this until I saw the SL debut on Suggs and Wagner. Suggs looked like a HOFer and Wagner a year away from being a year away draft and stash Euro. Then their rookie regular season came and we found out Suggs looked great in a chaotic enviroment while Franz was someone who thrives under a system.

But to your main point, yeah Bronny situation looks like those SL of yesteryears where celebs/amateur rich dudes asks the org to join their SL to realize their dream.

Bronny just needs reps. Once he’s the starting lead guard for the lakers he can really show his stuff

All I can say is... he has a higher success potential than his dad. I mean, to the OG here, his dad got himself posterized in his first summer league against Magic-legend ( captain tank ) Britton Johnsen!!! ( video of said SL game may or may not have been confiscated by shady goons)
