Just curious if anyone has an opinion of Isaiah Collier? I don't watch the Jazz, but every time I look at boxscores he seems to be moving the ball well. He's really the only young guy on that team that is getting serious burn too, which is weird.

He's averaged 10/4/8 over his last 10 games, and has had a solid month of JAN since getting more mins averaging 8/4/7 for the month

His shooting looks awful, but his FT percentage is fine, so he should improve.

6'3 and a strong 210 frame on a PG that was the #1 ranked prospect in the entire class of 2023. What's going on with him, or is this just a MCW situation?

Dillingham will not have a big enough role to win ROY, but he's looking really solid. He has plus NBA, speed, handles, playmaking feel, pick and roll creativity, and shotmaking. He's going to be really solid, especially as his body matures a bit.

he was written off as a bust months ago as is customary for realgm when discussing 19 y/o rookies 1/2 way through their rookie seasons, often playing on tanking teams. I'm a big fan. He's got the body of an NFL linebacker, is an underrated passer/playmaker and can get to the rim. Like with most young players, his shot will dictate whether he becomes a reliable NBA starting PG. He's knucklehead (ish) which I didn't see before the draft but has become apparent watching him with the Jazz. If he matures and dedicates himself on defense I think Eric Bledsoe is a potential outcome

I'm loving the game of the Kryptonian. He's just improving out-of-sight every game.

4/4 from behind the arc? Lobs and 3’s on one end, blocks on the other? And he’s only 20? Let’s go!

Obviously a tiny sample and not much to take from it but the Bam/Ware lineups have an 86 defensive rating in 177 possessions.

Ware looks like a defensive force. A guy who’s an elite weakside shot blocker, switchable onto the perimeter, and maybe in the future a Wemby-like roamer.

Ware really does look like a Wemby-lite without the ball handling or playmaking. He’s definitely a defensive game changer

Miami saw how that Bam/AD combo in the Olympics looked defensively and even offensively. I think they went and got an 7'-1" 3&D Center next to Bam. Its looking really good.

I never thought Bam was that good at the 5. It's always been pretty mediocre in the on/off data and just watching it, never really popped especially offensively. Heat have never really had a 3&D front-court player next to Bam and if Ware can be a legit 3pt threat then that pairing can be really dynamic.

Look similar to Polish NT, but not sure, whats with blue lines on sleeves, cant be Polish NT, not sure what jersey that is. At first I thought it was Czech Republic, but their logo is one of those lion things.

I think it's the Serbian jersey from the Euro 2024. The emblem looks different from the eagle (I think it's an eagle?) of the national flag, but if you google 'Serbia Euro 2024 jersey' it looks like the jersey the kid is wearing.

Doesn't matter anyway in this thread. Ware is the ROY unless he gets injured.

It was hard to tell from that video, nonetheless it is a Serbian jersey.

Good catch, makes sense, as I also believe they just had Serbian heritage night. A lot of these national badges are very similar to each other, or just a bit different version of same thing. Lithuanian symbol for example is ''Vytis'', which is horseman in red background. But slightly different Vytis is also Belarusian symbol and maybe few other adjacent places, as Belarus, Lithuania and all that place was part of Grand dutchy of Lithuania long time which was a big country at least at one point in history

(One of Lithuanias greatest historic figures is Vytautas the great, who was grand duke and conquerer in 14th, and 15th. century. If Lithuania was in Civilization PC game, great chance the ruler would be Vytautas. And in Lithuania, it is known that he was Lithuanian of course, but in Belarus, schools and their history claim he was ''Belarusian'')

Wow, I went of rails yet again.
