No composure from Detroit. Can’t put them away, botching breaks and fouling.

They’d probably take another guard.

Maybe it will be the one that actually matters (Peterson)

Sloppy by Detroit but they may just be too big up front for Boston now. Porzingis and Horford were definite losses

Giannis grimaced after that dunk. From the way he landed, looked like maybe the lower back.

I want to know what the refs were told before the season, because in the 10+ games I’ve watched, they’re calling everything. Games are a slog.

A win is a win, but, man, we’re not very good right now. We exploited Boston on the glass because they’re tiny, sure, but both the offense and the defense looks very suspect.

I don't think the Lakers will be bad per se (now if Luka misses a ton of time, all bets are off). Celtics on the other hand, it's definitely in play. They have no bigs and I know their fans are pissed about the aprons, but realistically, even without the aprons, once Tatum got hurt, this season became a wash. You can't lose a 55+ million dollar first-team All-NBA player for the season and think the season will be anything but pointless. They should be playing for ping pong balls.

Now we're going to see how smart Brad Stevens really is. He's going to have to re-fortify their roster with young "good" players, not just trades for win-now vets. I still don't get signing those Minnesota castoffs in Garza and Minott.

I'm not a Celtics hater. But the Celtics have been elite for the last 4 years. I'm sure NBA players are ready and excited to kick their arses.

I was mostly laughing because after the 2025 lotto, we had a RGM poll where like 80% thought it was rigged. This'd be the way to get it up to 90%.

Jaquez looks like a totally different player this season. Just way more bouncy.

Knicks/Heat a combined 8-30 from 3. Too much chucking when driving is working in this game.

Mathurin out too for Indiana tonight so we're missing 7 players atm. Neat!

It's only 3 games, but the Spurs have been amazing with Wemby on the court... and super, super amazing with him off the court. His On-Off coming into this game was minus 7 or 8 per bbref.

We have pretty solid bench depth this season, looking to get even better with Sochan and Fox returning.
