well it's a very dumb idea..and for whoever said the weather is nice in Toronto from march-april...i can tell you it's not 'cause i live here...

at least not nice enough to hold outside games..

then there's other $$$$ issues...

$$$$ Issues? That's ridiculous. Do you know how much money they make from only ~20,000 tickets? Well outdoor can hold millions.
