The most important takeaway from this series is that Ja looks like he can in fact be that guy for Memphis. He usually rises to the challenge but it has been a rough season for him relative to the lofty expectations he was given after his rookie year. Add in one more core piece plus JJJ getting a full offseason and season to develop and we start to look dangerous moving forward.
