Calinks wrote:Very impressed with the Warriors! They are deep as hell, no one star had a major game but they played a complete team game. This is why they beat the 2 seed. Kerr is also an excellent coach. It's amazing that every home team dropped the first game, I don't know if that has happened before. If anyone made that bet, they are feeling great tonight!

Never happened in the second round

Mind you the NBA and its rigid playoff schedule is partly to blame, the Dubs only had one day of rest between game 7 of the Rockets series and tonight.

Good chance to miss game 2 and good chance to play for game 3

If they win game 2, they definitely should rest Curry for game 3, hamstring injuries, especially at Steph's age have to be taken seriously

Hamstring injuries can linger too so even if Steph plays, he might not be all that effective. He can always be a decoy though, and you always have to guard him.

Knox being in the league feels surprising, but it's nothing compared to Skal Labissière getting a few games in with the Kings this season. I thought I travelled back in time for a second when I saw that.

You don’t know ball if you think Curry is close to Lebron. It’s almost a science as much as it is about your gravity equations of Steph just standing there in the locker room allowing Buddy to still shoot the way he has his whole career—albeit streaky. Last I checked the court is 94 feet long and Curry doesn’t sniff Lebron on the other side of that court. Absolute pylon in comparison.

Btw, I’m a massive fan of both of them. You scream deluded stan however.

Yea but Curry is 6”3 180lbs to Lebron’s 6”9 260lb frame with god-given athleticism.

Yet the latter has recruited more superstars to his teams and formed more superteams.

Give me Curry’s mentality over LePouter’s any day of the week. In a vacuum Lebron is better, but for me greatness is about mentality and overcoming the odds, not jumping ship time and again

You should play NBA 2K my player, actually I highly recommend NBA Street vol. 1 & 2.

Are we not talking about professional athletes here? How are you going to seriously use that as an argument. Tony Allen and Gary Payton were better defenders than Obi Toppin or Carmelo Anthony.

Curry blew a a 3-1 lead in the finals and went to KD’s hampton beach house to recruit KD. We have been in the age of player-empowerment ever since the celtic big 4. Get over your hatred for a person who doesn’t even know you exist. It’s not healthy man.

Warriors weren't that great tonight but the Wolves were embarrassing!

Luckily for the Dubs, Edwards and Randall are the Wolves leaders.

What Stackhouse has done with this defense is impressive. Warriors are playing inspired on that end for sure.

Silver should be taken to the shed for this schedule. **** clown. :banghead:

most of the money is from the TV deal, they have to remember who butters their bread

And the fans and contenders and general product suffers cause so many good players are hurt in the playoffs cause of injuries.

Injuries ruined the Knicks title hopes last season ans it looks like it may screw The Cavs over this season.

This is a damn fine win by The Dubs losing Steph after 1 quarter and hardly any rest after a 7 game series. Much respect to them

I still have Wolves.

Finch and Ant are slow to adjust. It can take a game.

that's just about the worst game I've seen the Wolves play all season. I can't imagine them losing this series with the talent advantage they have and that was before Steph went down.

Warriors are great defensively.

Very well coached.

Truly a joy to watch and wouldn't be surprised if they can get by Wolves without Curry.

That motion offense is beautiful.
