Sounds like they're doing a roll call of everyone who has a less than lethal weapon available.

A few hours ago it seemed like they had him trapped within a few blocks now there's warnings for people miles away being told to stay indoors etc... Are they keeping distance from the area they believe he's in in case he's got explosives on him?

Starting to feel like this guy's Chris Paul in that Magic & Nash commercial.

Pretty much. If a guy has a bomb strapped on him you generally go to playoff him.

Yeah but eventually you've got to act or this could go on for days, surely. I don't think they're 100% sure of his exact location nor are they sure if he's got explosives on him as was reported as a possibility earlier.

I'm down in Orlando and I feel like this is happening near me. It's insane watching this unfold.

Reddit has been completely broken for the past half hour.

Considering the guy did 5+ hours of solid middle of the night minute to minute reporting, I think one slip up is okay.

They've gotta be on his location if they're bringing in a negotiator

They do know the first guy had a bomb on him. I can honestly understand why if they thought they had him trapped they wait him out till sunset. If he was within the perimeter not like he has anywhere to go.

Now they're chatting about how **** the fog is getting. Everyone is just checking in and mentioning what they're doing. random open doors, noises in garages ect.

Lol, white male with backpack trying to catch a ride with random cars, trying to flag them down.

Its crazy man. My girl just got into gradschool. We were about to smoke a bowl and celebrate. My father has been near the hotspots (boston then watertown) twice now. Barely eaten since 9 last night. Stressed as hell right now

Literally just came back from a post finals bowl when I read the news. Needless to say I was freaking out as I was reading the story.
