So is Zaire and Kuminga the only ones in the top 10 that haven't flashed so far? (Cade not included)

I haven't been able to watch a lot of him but Giddey reminds me of a bigger Ginobili. Franz Wagner reminds
me of someone and I can't put my finger on it but I think I may have saw some Toni Kukoc in him.

I wasn't a fan of Cade Cunningham during the draft process but I started to warm up on him during Summer League
and even though he didn't shoot well in his debut I thought he looked pretty good.

I wish he was more rounded in certain areas rebounding/passing/handle. But you can clearly see a player and type of player he could be in a few years. Solid pick and IMO better than my pre draft master of none type.
He's a really good passer and a great defender.

I'm not saying he's not, but I didn't see it. But I saw a pretty solid defender. His rebounding is very weak for someone his size though. He's not doing any or much creation, but it's his spot up shooting I've come away most impressed with though.
Half of his shot he creates off the dribble.

He gets 10-15 mins less a game than the usual names mentioned at the top. For now.

This kid is a **** stud, can't believe the Thunder traded him when they have a glaring need at C. They don't even know who to play there, every game it's somebody else.

His production per minutes played is amongst the best of this rookie class if not the best right now.

hes shooting 43%, for a C thats horrid

It's a 7 game/ 6 FGA sample size.

If he goes just 4/4 next game he's at 48% already, that's how much of a swing low volume games and low volume shots mean.

He's shooting 77% from the FT line which is on par with his Turkish numbers, this kid won't be a liability at the line like most bigs.
And on 8.2 attempts per 36.

A high foul drawing rate is already an indicator of an impact player, especially if he makes them as well.

He actually has been much better defensively than offensively which is surprising. He is stealing the ball like crazy. Shooting wise it has been rough anywhere except right at the rim but his defense stands out so far. Sengün also just turned 19 so I'm baffled why he wasn't going in the lottery. He should have gone right around 10 imo.

He was my #2 behind Mobley pre draft. I've been most impressed with his peripherals as I didn't expect him to be this good defensively and rack up the steals against NBA talent, thought he would be decent defensively and a star offensively. FG% has the most noise, while the steals and FTr really bode well for the future.

Wagner has been a big surprise to me. Wasn't thinking of much about him prior to the draft however he looks well rounded in a lot of areas. He is a great 3 point shooter, can defend, put the ball on the floor and even create a shot. You can see he benefited greatly from playing in a professional youth setup and under Juwan Howard. Definitely a top 5 rookie so far, maybe even top 3.

Giddey is not nearly as rounded as a three-level scorer, and not nearly as good defensively as Manu was coming out. Also, if Giddey maintains his playmaking performance in the PnR, he'll shatter at his rookie season anything Manu did in his career in terms of volume APG and A:TO.

A 6'8" Tony Parker is actually an interesting comp.

In fairness Manu was over 6 years older when he debuted in the NBA.

Yup, far too early. Many players have gone on 6 game hot streaks and 6 game droughts.
