I agree, but its stupid to me that one player is permitted to jump into the other player’s landing space while the other is not. I don't feel the fishing player should be rewarded.

Obviously, Lively makes a huge difference. His +/- suggests that's the case. Also, he's 7'1 and has high bball IQ. More importantly, the less Dwight Powell plays, the better. Powell just doesn't belong on an NBA roster anymore.

On the TWolves side, KAT played his most complete game since game 2 in the Nuggets series. But that's just the problem, he's not consistent enough to string performances like this together. They needed this type of performance from him in game 2 and maybe this would've been a series.

Never really got rid of it despite being clear foul fishing, but started calling it on the ground instead of awarding free throws. But if a team is in the bonus it still results in free throws.

As an observer with no allegiances, I don't think the refereeing was worse than usual. I thought game 3 was worse tbh, though it evenly hurt both teams.

I didn't get a good look at the last Luka call though it ended up not mattering. And I hated that 6th foul on KAT, but KAT moved forward and they've been calling that a defensive foul more often than not. I thought KAT and Gobert deserved all their other fouls. And I still don't understand how that hit to the head wasn't a flagrant unless they're establishing a different norm for the playoffs vs. the regular season with the calls they made yesterday and today.

The only questionable KAT foul was the offensive one on Maxi, the rest of KAT/Gobert fouls are pretty clear fouls, Anthony Edwards, in foul trouble, casually reaches and foul a player and wonders why he's in foul in trouble, they really didn't leave the refs any chance...
I didn't see the last foul on Luka, I already turned it off at that point.

Why is that funny? Lively is a team best +109 and Gafford is a team worst -56. He's their most important role player, and even more important in this series given Minny's coverages. Minny doesn't throw 2 at Luka and Kyrie when Lively is on for a reason.
