In interntional basketball, there really is no big deal who starts and who not, many Euroleague MVPs were bench players. I never understood why NBA players care if they start or come of the bench, its a meaningless title. Serbias coach obvioualy likes introducing Jokic few minutes later into the game, doesnt mean he is not their most important player.

As I said before, he is not startting because Djordjevic likes to play best defensive unite at start of the game. And Milutinov is great in D. But it's FIBA and like post above said, it doesnt metter who starts or enter from a bench.
