Just imagine how bad this game would be if Gordon didn’t decide to tough it out and play on 1 leg.

Denver basically has had 2.5 players for them this game. Jokic, Braun, and Gordon on 1 leg. It would be one thing if Murray, MPJ, Westbrook could make an impact on the defensive end during games like this when they’re negatives on offense. But they’re all really bad defenders. Watson is an okay defender, but he’s horrific on the offensive end.

Nuggets are playing 2.5 on 5 lol

The stat of the half:

ALEX CARUSO +20
RUSSELL WESTBROOK -23
Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.

That s actually true haha. Indianapolis, Minnesota, and Oklahoma City must be three of the whitest cities in the US

Indianapolis is nearly 30% black/AA.

It's not nearly as white as the rest of the country wants to pretend.

Joke bro.. let it go. It's not meant to have a serious conversation about it.

Caruso apparently is locking down Jokic so by order of importance:

1. CaruGOAT

2. J-Will
3. The rest

How is Jokic being "locked down" when he has 17pts on 8 shots? He, Braun and Gordon on one leg are the only Nuggets that have even shown up for this game.

Let Russ Cook! 8-)

Yeah enough of this “energy and leadership” stuff that he brings. He can bring it from the end of the bench because unfortunately he plays the same way he’s always played his entire career. It’s still nuts that he’s refused to change his game as he’s gotten older. I don’t want to hear people say he’s better than CP3 ever again.

I tried to warn Nuggets fans. He can literally kill the momentum of a game at any given moment. He's been like this his entire career. He's not changing.

I'm more surprised teams keep signing him. I mean for the regular season he's fine, but he's absolutely not playable in the playoffs.

Jokic needs to compose himself at the half and come out to dominate. Caruso is gonna hack. He's 100 pounds lighter than you. The refs will give him the leeway. They often do for the much smaller guys. Not an excuse.

I take back not resting him.at all. Caruso is exhausting him. Try to fit in a breather here and there on the CONDITION that he is aggressive to attack Caruso every minute hes on the floor and that's his matchup.

Jokic is having a "bad" first half with 17, 6 and 3.

But yes, he needs 50 at this point to save the Nuggets but the Thunder's defense knows what's up so they won't allow it and continue to double/triple Jokic and force his teammates to make the plays.

He doesn’t really need 50. His defense has been atrocious and he’s been getting ripped a lot. Denver is at their best when the ball is moving

Jokic is getting very frustrated and he’s forcing the issue. He has scored on a few to end the half but that is not a good offense for Denver if they want to come back. Braun had it going early and they completely went away from him

The Lakers yes but the Bulls weren't competing and he was unlikely to re-sign.

Bulls fans loved him and we're happy he's somewhere he can win. :D

I would hope Murray actually turns up in the second half. And MPJ, just hit A three. Thanks

Context man. Without Caruso, we would have seen a 27 point output from Jokic already. Caruso is playing GREAT defense.

This game is kind of reminding me of the games below. An inferior team forced game 7 but in Game 7 the wheels completely fall off.

2006, Game 6 Phoenix vs LA
2014, Game 7 Dallas vs SA

There is only two scenarios why this ever went 7 games:

1. The greatness of Jokic.
2. This is an indictment on the Thunder and the regular season really means very little.

This shouldnt have been a competitive series. Denver has no depth.
