Jokic fans are already annoying enough, would be hell if they were campaigning for a 4peat

and Philly fans would be even more rabid about Embiid deserving it this year if he still didn't have one

notice how chill us Bucks fans are in comparison lol, we just want a healthy playoff-run

It wasn’t a travesty. Embiid is a beast and he cooked Jokic

Are you talking about the game where Embiid was 'cooking' Jokic, and Jokic was 'cooking' Embiid until halftime when Embiid begged to be switched off and didn't guard him for the rest of the game? And avoided, yet again, a matchup in Denver. For some reason he never plays Jokic there...

How did you come to that conclusion? There’s almost nothing separating their records and Maxey has been outstanding this season.
They lost a 20 and 10 player and haven't missed a beat. Embiid's passing has gone up another level. Averaging 6 assists and was 1 assist away from a triple double after only playing 3 quarters.

Losing 20/10 sounds horrible in a vacuum but are you really going to argue losing Harden was bad? Maxey is at 26/5/7.

Great game by Embiid.

Nope not at all, it was addition by subtraction, But I want people to remember everyone at the start of the season was doubting Maxey. The fact that the Sixers are doing well is a testaments to Maxey's hardwork and development as well as Embiid deferring to him when necessary and letting him cook.

Embiid did get the MVP last year, and a lot of that was due to Harden setting him up. As much as a cancer Harden is, they still lost a big piece.

That's why I'm saying Embiid has a case, inspite of losing that piece they're doing well, and a lot of that is because of Maxey, Nurses motion offense and Embiid passing much better.

Especially when they trashed him for the last 6+ months.

Apparently he's a huge loss now, despite being trash just a few months ago...

Read what I wrote in my last post. You don't seem to understand context and nuances very well. This is just reddit style posts catering to the masses, farming and 1s.

Until halftime then Embiid thoroughly outplayed Jokic through the second half. Everything else is irrelevant

Jokic overrides Malone's plays all the time, you telling me Embiid didn't have the pull to say "I know he's cooking me, I'm up for the challenge, let me guard him"? Cause damn, that's sad if he doesn't...

No one over at the Bucks forum even remotely cares about the MVP award. Trust me.

Giannis in the mix
Jokic 31/21/22
Luka & Oscar = 5 x 27/8/8
The Brodie = All-out energy

I suppose no one should be surprised if by the end of the year Jokic/Gianni/Embiid (maybe Tatum and Luka) are in the Top Three once again.

It’ll probably be the same 5 guys again. Giannis, Embiid, Jokic and Tatum would be a lock as 4/5 guys imo. The 5th guy could rotate depending on records

So basically Jokic is an ****?

Doc is the one who suggested moving PJ on to Embiid. Embiid was doing fine on Jokic, but because the rest of our team apart form PJ can't defend, he was able to hit cutters as much as possible. Having Embiid hang back, gave the Sixers a line of defense on Jokic with lobs etc. Then we all konw Jokic's vaunted defense did such a good job defending Embiid when he got 48 points.

I'd say Tatum has the weakest case. Most stacked team, best defenders, still disappears for multiple games on end. His lame Kobe impressions works sometimes, but he's not consistent enough. People have been saying Tatum for 3 years and there has not been much improvement. Luka also goes through these lulls.

Id say it's between Embiid, Joker and Giannis again. SGA might have something to say about it. He's far more consistent than Tatum IMO.

How is Tatum’s team anymore stacked than the Nugs? Did this comparison already. Anyways, Tatum not in the race rn. I’ll take SGA over him easily as of now. And I say this as someone who had Tatum winning it, but he hasn’t started the season hot like last year.

Realistically it’s Jokic, Giannis, and Embiid then the rest. Any of these 3 have an argument. Looked like Jokic was running away with it but not even close now. Giannis is looking like old Gianni’s and might very well average 33+. Drunk Luka isn’t in contention either.

Ummm what was that from JOkic? 9/5/5 lol... Crickets in here btw. Again, if Embiid did that there would be memes for days. Good that they got the win, but it's the Pistons...

Very bad game for The Jokic. Wow - not good! On the other hand, The Giannis? 20-23 from the field. Wow!
